Founded and directed by Hannah Gallagher, HMG the Company is a Los Angeles–based dance company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of performance, artistry, and storytelling. Known for its bold choreographic voice and dynamic stage presence, HMG the Company blends the precision of technical training with the rawness of emotional expression to create unforgettable experiences for audiences.
With a repertoire that spans commercial, theatrical, and experimental work, the company has been featured in live performances, festivals, and collaborative projects across Southern California, while also cultivating a strong digital presence that connects to a global audience. Members of HMG the Company are selected not only for their elite skillset but also for their ability to embody narrative-driven movement that challenges, inspires, and resonates.
The company’s second tier, HMG² (HMG Squared), serves as its official understudy and training branch, providing emerging artists with professional experience, mentorship, and performance opportunities. Both companies unite each season for HMG’s annual live show at the historic Alex Theatre in Glendale—a highly anticipated event that celebrates storytelling, community, and the transformative power of dance.

ABOUT HANNAH GALLAGHER
Hannah Gallagher is the Owner and Director of HMG the Company, as well as a professional Choreographer and Educator based in Los Angeles, California.
Hannah is known for her spectacular and inspiring choreography, creating powerful works for her company as well as groups of all sizes. Most recently, Hannah served as the choreographer for the feature film Step Aside, now streaming on Amazon Prime! Her choreography has been presented on stages around the world, including numerous major productions throughout Los Angeles. As a performer, Hannah has worked with artists such as Janet Jackson, Lil Wayne, KidFresh, and Eden XO. She also performed internationally in Othello’s Touch in Romania, directed by Mario Atelier, where she served as Associate Choreographer.
Hannah’s teaching career has taken her across the globe — from Mexico to Europe and throughout the United States. She currently teaches weekly at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, continuing to share her artistry and passion for dance with the next generation.
