Using the app
By creating an account, signing up for a class, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Company and Training accounts must be approved by an HMG admin. Keep your sign-in private and give us accurate information. You must be at least 13 to have your own account; younger children need a parent or guardian to set up and manage the account, and a parent or guardian is responsible for a child's use of the app.

Be respectful
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or anything illegal. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people. Do not share other people's private information. Everything posted in chats and the forum is visible to the people in it.

Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, including audition videos. You give HMG permission to store and display it inside the app for the purpose of running the company, its programs and auditions. Rehearsal videos, combo videos and music belong to HMG or its creators; please do not share or repost them outside the company without permission.

Moderation
You can report a message (touch and hold it) or a forum post (the flag at the top of the post), and you can block people in direct messages. We review reports and edit or remove content, and remove accounts, that break these terms.

Auditions
Submitting an audition does not guarantee a role or a response. Decisions are made by HMG. Audition videos may be up to 5 GB.

Classes, rehearsals and waivers
Taking part in classes, rehearsals and performances is physical activity and is governed by the waivers and forms HMG asks you (or a parent or guardian) to complete. The app does not replace them.

Merchandise and class sign-ups
Prices are shown in US dollars. An order or sign-up is a request until HMG confirms it. You pay by card through Stripe after you order; HMG does not see your card details. Merchandise can be picked up for free or shipped within the United States for a flat shipping fee of $9.99 per order, shown before you order. Orders are fulfilled and class spots held once payment is received. If an item is unavailable or a class is full, HMG may cancel and refund you. Check-in, requirements and admins
Members of HMG the Company and HMG Squared agree that rehearsal check-in times (by button, automatic check-in or an admin) are recorded and used for attendance and for season requirements, and that HMG may correct them. Automatic Check-in is optional and can be turned off at any time. Season requirements are set by HMG and may change. HMG admins can pause a member's posting, remove content, open the app as a member to help with a problem, and change roles or access.

Dues
Any dues shown in the app are a record kept by HMG. Payments are made outside the app as instructed by HMG.

No guarantees
We work hard to keep the app running, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, HMG is not responsible for lost data or interruptions.

Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Apple
These terms are between you and HMG, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
